Open to public. Basic and Avanced Skywarn storm spotter training conducted by National Weather Service. New materials to be disbursed. This course is required for participation in the LETARC EmComm storm spotting activities when Skywarn is activated. Note: Please do NOT park in the American Legion parking lot–your car will be towed! Bingo attendees require their entire parking lot!
